During this two-day course, participants will have the opportunity to explore a difficult role in Scrum – the Product Owner and prepare for the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO®) exam. Participants will learn the fundamentals of Scrum as well as techniques for developing a product vision, how to create, maintain, and prioritize a product backlog, how to identify user needs and an overview of sizing (story point estimating) in Scrum.
During this course, students will gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the SAFe® Framework and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps.
